Special night for a special couple!

Sunday night we had a little get together and dinner with a group of about 14 friends. It was also a surprise for two of the guests. Our friends, Jennifer and Matt have followed God's calling in adopting a baby in the future. Jennifer has started creating these amazing wooden hand-painted signs to raise money for their adoption fund. They are wonderful too. I have one in my kitchen and love it!

Anyway, this summer, a friend Beth got with us with the idea of having a get together and do a money tree for their adoption fund. What a great idea! After dinner, we all gathered around and Beth said, the party had a purpose and surprised them with the money tree. Jennifer's look was priceless. They were so shocked, happy and overwhelmed, I think. She is such a special, amazing Christian woman and I can not wait until they bring their new baby home!
