Beach Trip~ Day 2

Happy Father's Day to a wonderful daddy to our son

Here we are! Beautiful beaches of Destin. This was taken from Seascape. Isn't it beautiful?

On Sunday, we hung out at the beach ALL DAY long. Houston LOVED it! When we was a baby, he fell asleep on a raft with my mom and a wave crashed on him and woke him up and terrified him. Every since then, he hasn't been scared of the beach, but very cautious of the waves. This year he immediately jumped out there and had a blast. He and Tim spent the majority of the time riding the waves in a tube or jumping them with the boogie board.

After the beach we went down the the Harbor Walk and walked around, shopped and had dinner at Harry T's on the Harbor at sunset. This was also Father's Day. I was sad to miss spending this holiday with my dad, but so happy for to celebrate with Tim and Houston at the beach. It was absolutely amazing! (P.S. My dad was out of town too, So, i didn't desert him at home alone) :0)

Pictures are out of order, sorry

Dinner with my boys at Harry T's

Giggles the clown! Houston has been coming to see Giggles EVERY year since he was 9 months old. One day I should do a post to honor her. :) She is the loudest, most annoying voiced clown ever, but is such a sweetheart. She remembers Houston every year and she knew exactly where he was from when she saw him. He loves her! She use to work at Anglers over in Fort Walton. Thank goodness she moved to Destin. (a little closer and the food is much better at Harry T's)

He became a Pirate

Giggles said, daddy looked like he should be knighted. So with her loud voice, she said "I knight you, King Tim!"

The boys with their swords

Our day at the beach! My camera fogged up because silly me, put it in the cooler to keep the sand out on the way down to the beach. Well, I will give you a little tip.........cooler chill and hot air don't mix on a DSLR camera. My lens was foggy and I was about to have a heart attack. Thank the Lord, after letting it dry out, it was just fine.

Happy Father's Day daddy!
