Paint Party Fun

I went to my first "Paint Party" this week and it was alot of fun. I am NOT the creative type person and though mine would turn out like a blob of paint, but it really looks nice hanging in my country kitchen. After the instructor took these pics, I actually covered a little more of my red lines up and added a cross to the top of my barn and redid my initials with a thinner paintbrush.

We went and had mexican dinner which was fabulous! I have never been to Rio Azul and it was great! After an hour, we all go to this side area, where easels and chairs, paint and supplies are already set up. You just bring your margarita over and follow the instructors step by step instructions on how to paint a barn. She gives you a ruler to measure out the lines and tells you how many inches to start and so forth. She offers instructions on how to create a cross (which I am in love with) and many other beautiful paintings. She also changes them up with seasons as well. have any of you ever been to a paint party before? I don't know, but I am kinda proud to be showing off MY artwork in my own house right now. hahaha
